GENERAL SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Executive Director of Human Resources, this role is responsible for fostering a positive workplace by managing the employer-employee relationship, ensuring policy compliance, resolving conflicts, and improving engagement.  Key duties include conducting investigations, mediating disputes, advising management on disciplinary actions, and promoting a compliant, respectful work culture.  

 PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Investigating allegations of misconduct and ensuring company policies align with labor law. Conflict resolution and                 mediation.  Acting as a neutral party to resolve workplace disputes and grievances.
  • Assist Executive Director of Human Resources with creating, updating, and enforcing employee handbooks, codes of               conduct, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Training and coaching managers on performance management, employee counseling, and handling sensitive issues.
  • Maintain confidential records of employee relations cases and investigations.
  • Assist with all areas of Human Resources, when needed.
  • Assist with facilitating New Employee Orientation.

Pay Rate: $65k to $70K annually
