JOB SUMMARY
The Property Manager manages the day-to-day operations for the portfolio of properties under Resilience Healthcare. Responsible for coordinating routine and emergency maintenance, selecting and managing contractors, and leading property improvement projects. The Property Manager develops financial and business plans for profitable property ownership. Oversees budgets, lease administration, and tenant service delivery. Additionally, the Property Manager may initiate or assist with the buying and selling properties in the portfolio.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant subject area such as Business Administration, Health Care Management, or related field required.
Work Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the management of services and/or programs related to real estate, construction and facilities management services required.
Licenses & Certifications: Preferred Real Estate Broker’s License, CPM, or similar
JOB DUTIES
- Preparing and managing budgets.
- Performs leasing agent duties.
- Attracting new tenants through advertising, property viewings, and encouraging referrals.
- Setting rental rates, negotiating and enforcing lease agreements.
- Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units.
- Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work.
- Collecting rent, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses.
- Maintaining records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.
- Preparing reports on the financial performance of properties.
- Terminating leases and initiating eviction proceedings.
- Conforms to the established Standards of Behavior.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
