JOB SUMMARY

Serves as the primary resources for all aspects of marketing.  Responsible for the development, creative execution, and implementation of marketing projects designed to increase patient volume as outlines in the overall strategic plan. Provides strategic and operational leadership to the marketing department including fiscal management, quality improvement, and development.  


JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing; Master’s preferred
  • Seven years of experience in marketing, preferably two years in healthcare
  • Three years of management experience
  • Strong creative, editorial, and project management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

JOB DUTIES

1. Responsible for creating corporate marketing plans and program specific marketing plans as requested by the Owner, Business Development.  Produces marketing plans for Resilience Healthcare programs and community health initiatives. *

2. Partners with cultural liaisons to develop appropriate marketing materials for key cultural populations in the hospital service area. *

3. Manages the development and execution of creative strategies, concepts, messages, images, themes for a full range of health care marketing communications projects directed to health care consumers, patients, physicians, businesses, or other target audiences. *

4. Initiates creative and effective solutions to existing or anticipated marketing problems when appropriate. *

5. Serves as primary liaison with external agencies such as ad agencies or public relations.  Coordinates the design and implementation of effective public relations strategies for hospital programs and physicians. *

6. Designs and directs implementation of marketing seminars to increase patient volume for hospital programs and physicians.  Supervises and/or coordinate the activities of staff, outside vendors or others to produce and/or distribute advertisements, direct response materials, brochures and other promotional materials for assigned events/project. *

7. Serves as advocate for Resilience Healthcare interests in corporate marketing programs. *

8. Manages the day-to-day expenses involved in the implementation of assigned, funded projects and function within assigned operating budget
